Beskrivelse
It appears our society places a heavy focus on stress. Our community has created a culture where we feed off each other's stress and make it out to be expected and even "cool." The idea that stress can lead us to live fulfilling lives and help us accomplish tasks important in our day-to-day lives is unfortunately untrue and harmful for physical and mental health. Stress has been shown repeatedly to have adverse effects on the brain and body. We need to stop promoting stress as a good thing and instead continue to promote mental health and wellness through both professional and supportive means.
This book examines the transition from anxiousness to awesomeness, happiness as a conditional solution, bounce back from failure, self-awareness and the correlation to motivation, suffering, management of isolation, the laws of attraction, and self-care and relationships their correlation to building a solid foundation. Readers will walk away with tools to manage anxiety in a highly anxious world.
