These words of Raphael form the quintessential message of this collection of articles which he wrote over a number of years in relation to pathways of realization.

Raphael presents the traditional Teaching from a purely metaphysical perspective and invariably expresses himself in terms of the Unity of the Tradition.

Raphael shows us how to transcend all types of 'dogmatic sectarianism' by recognizing that the different Branches are nothing but expressions of the single Reality underlying every genuinely traditional Teaching.

Only through a vision transcending the 'part' can we comprehend the Whole. Only from a higher perspective can we include and comprehend that which is lower or individual. Only the metaphysical perspective embraces Being and non-being by going beyond both. This necessarily involves a transformation of our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
