Julius Caesar's Gallic War chronicles his nine-year conquest of Gaul (modern France and Belgium) from 58 to 50 BCE. This edition presents the first third of Book VII (Chapters 1-28) with Latin text, same-page vocabulary, and explanatory commentary.
