Beskrivelse
Volumes 3 and 4 of Exodus cover mainly three chapters: Exodus 21-23, called the case laws.
While the Ten Commandments are in Exodus 20, the case laws illustrate the application of the legal principles of the Ten Commandments to society. Here, we learn how to combine general laws with specific types of legal cases.
Among the more important laws covered in Volume 4 are these: sexual seduction, the prohibition against usury, the prohibition against fractional reserve banking, impartial justice, bribery, sabbatical liberty, economic oppression, zero-growth economics, tabernacle economics, and military blood money.
The two volumes on the case laws (Volumes 3 and 4) were originally titled, Tools of Dominion (1990).
