At the Right Place at the Right Time

A high school senior, Toby Rodriquez, keeps finding himself at the right place at the high time on frequent occasions when becoming involved in criminal situations. However, he extracts himself by calling his brother-in-law, Detective Michael Dorsey, who with other detectives, solve the crimes. Being in the right place at the right time to assist a classmate, Jolene, a rape victim, Toby helps to ID the perpetrators and brings them to justice. But it also brings on wedding bells--a mixture of crimes and love.
