Astral Havoc

Finally humanity had achieved its long held desire, its greatest breakthrough, something some had long scoffed at, the very key to perhaps reaching the heavens: At last, mankind had found a way to breach into the far depths of space. Skirmishes amongst the five great nations were not uncommon over rare deep space resources. These battles were fought with various ships and mechs known as Heavy Armor. Large city colonies littered space, one could easily jump from one to the next all the way back to earth if they so desired. Humanity was ever advancing in their pursuits of expansion. Yet like in all history, things will change when you least expect them too. Unknown alien forces reveal themselves that are able to rival and over power humanities advancements. Could humanity manage to come to good terms with this race, or was the vast unknown destined to kill us? What yet more was in store for humanity?
