Life can be stressful if we are not taught how to deal with different forms of loss such as death, divorce, miscarriages and abortions. These stressful events may create depression, anxiety, panic attacks, migraines and other body pains. This book talks about the different forms of loss through life events patients have shared with the author. The emotions are explained and how they affect the body and how one can overcome all forms of loss through a number of different ideas and techniques.
