Arise and Shine is a book that will take you on the author’s journey, starting as a 16 year old high school failure, and how he set out on a quest to change his life.

 

The day he failed his exams, Frank made the decision to go to University and in this book he shares his journey from a place of general bemusement to his arrival at a new and meaningful place. This is a book about determination, ambition and belief in the invisible possibilities around us and how one man strived to make them visible.
