Arise and Shine tells you that no matter how hopeless your case and situation may seem to be, God commands you to arise and shine, for your light has come, and the Glory of the Lord has risen upon you. No matter how dark the situation may be, no matter who or what may be responsible for the condition, and no matter how long the situation may have lasted, arise and shine! God loves you more than you love yourself. He cares for you more than you know. He Who loved you so much that He gave you His Only Begotten Son, shall He not also with Him give you all things? Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning!
