This book/journal is written with the intention of assisting the young men and men of all ages in processing the trauma, thoughts and feelings before, during, and/or after their first sexual encounter. Whether it was forced, or consensual. There is much controversy over how a person should feel after sex. Some adults have never expressed how they felt "honestly," about their feelings or trauma experienced concerning their first sexual encounter.
