A Comparative Legal Analysis of the Impacts of Infection, Suspected Infection and Increased Health Risks on Employment Relations«: This study examines the impact of a coronavirus infection, a suspected infection or an increased health risk due to the COVID-19-pandemic on the employment relationship by comparing German and French labor law. In addition to questions of continued payment of wages or compensation for loss of earnings, issues of occupational health and safety and data protection law are examined. Emphasis is also put on remote work and the possibility of its unilateral introduction.
