From a harsh, poverty stricken, industrial past, Lancashire folk have nurtured a sense of humour and wit, which saw them through tough times and brought them grinning and smiling into the present.

I'd like to think some of that humour rubbed off on me and can be found here in my second chuckle book of northern poems.
