Shared command prayers are the norm during Sunday service at the little country church down the lane. But what are the 1-on-1 prayers of the parishioners for the next six days til church re-opens? What does the congregation say then? A lot These are the individual prayers of ordinary Christians trying to deal with the everyday situations of life. Some of the poems are praise-filled, some cries for help in unexpected set-backs and aggravations. Some are heart-breaking and some are hilarious All are based on common truths. Each poem is followed by the Bible verse which inspired it. All are written on the promise that God is our only solution and salvation.
