An Introduction to Church Counseling

This workbook uses case studies to portray some of the struggles of life in Africa -- adjusting to living in a city, feelings at the death of a parent, and others. Problems are described as they often come to counselors, without quick answers. The telling of one's story to a thoughtful listener has the potential of spiritual and psychological insight and healing. A concern for listening is, of course, African.
