An English Woman

Set against an intense and patriotic American backdrop in 1802, when Cassandra Ranier, an English woman, finds herself a prisoner of Napoleon Bonaparte, one of his French Generals will do whatever it takes to prevent her from sending a critical message to President Thomas Jefferson about the fate of the Louisiana Territory. After a deadly storm at sea, to being hunted by the French General on American soil, fate leads her to Logan Scott, a successful American frontiersman, defender of freedom, and close friend of Jefferson, unexpected events dramatically unfold as she finds herself leading an army of farmers and fur traders to save the Louis and Clark Expedition from the deadly forces of the French General.
