It is s source of surprising information gathered over ten years living in the United States. It can be in part serious and funny. It covers subjects from public transportation, work environment, customer service, advertisement, social security, religion, cars, racism, etc. The 72 chapters which each covers the various subject matters are easy to read even on a short commute or on a coffee break because none of it is more than 10 pages in length, some of them are just one pagers.
