American Indians and the Bahá'í Faith

American Indians and the Bah ' Faith is a compilation of Sacred and Inspirational Writings from the Bah ' Writings pertaining to Indians in the Americas. It includes information taken from accounts of various Bah ' activities related to North and South American Indian, First Nation, and Inuit individuals and communities. This work will be of interest to those observing cultural, historical, and social change brought about by the merging of Native thinking and understanding with a dynamic world Religion. While the process is in an embryonic stage, it is encouraging and sets the stage for Indigenous people of North America to take their rightful place among the world wide community, deserving of the utmost respect, and working for the common good. Still others may find joy in reading about a relative or friend or event. And yet others may find an interesting strand that they wish to research and write more about.Whether becoming a Bah ' , or a Friend of the Faith, or an interested or even disinterested onlooker, these Bah ' Writings and documented experiences are for all to know about and can inspire.
