After two successful cookbooks, rescue and recovery efforts at Ground Zero in New York, Joe completed professional culinary training. He traveled around the USA for culinary demonstrations and health/wellness/exercise seminars for the fire service. During those travels Joe has compiled an eclectic collection of delicious, easy to prepare, battle tested firehouse favorites. Those battles being trying to please the world's toughest food critics, FIREFIGHTERS!
