Jessalyn had a rough life growing up, losing her father in the line of duty. She vowed then and there to never date a police officer. Then one night, she meets Ryan and falls quick until she learns that he has the one occupation she can't live with. She pushes him away until finally, he charms her and she agrees to see where it goes. Until she learns that the man who killed her parents has shot Ryan and is out to kill her.
