A story about falling in love at first sight ... a whole dang novel about it Question: Say a person falls in love at first sight (admittedly a foolish thing to do) ... but, let's suppose that's exactly what happens. Questions may arise. Like: What the? Or: HOW did this happen to me? Or: WHY did this happen to me? In this case the situation involves a certain Efron Dawkins ... a young college student. (Well ... he's in the 5th year of a four-year program. An art student. Need I say more?). That's when this "falling in love" event happens. It seems he is being confronted by some out-sized POWER ... that will surely disrupt his life. In the meanwhile, he wonders what can be done to rectify the problem? Author's first note: There are many "Conspiracy Theories" in the world: Pearl Harbor, Roswell, the JFK Assassination, the Moon Landing, the Branch Dividian Conflagration, Ruby Ridge, the Twin Tower Collapse, etc. Most of them are wrong-headed. Not that it doesn't require a lot of intelligence to formulate such theories. But, when one takes a closer look at these theorists ... it becomes pretty obvious that their brains have been boiled in vegetable soup. Surprisingly, perhaps the greatest conspiracy in human history goes largely unnoticed ... and un-commented upon. I call it the "Love Conspiracy" ... whereby the masculine gender types (that is, fully half the population of the world) have been baffled and befuddled by the females of the species for several millennia (and counting). This conspiracy (unlike the others) is REAL. It's root cause is simple enough to understand: the women want (and need) to dominate the men. For the most part, they have been outstandingly successful. Not that you'd know it by listening to the societal commentators, or so-called cultural brainiacs ... most of whom live in a world of deep trance. No, these people are without a clue ... continually spouting-off about male dominance. Ha Indeed, so suble is the "Love Conspiracy" that the various co-conspirators have mostly convinced most of the world that "Male Dominance" is the operative mode of our life on the planet. Whereas, most careful observers (a small band, indeed) have known for a long time that the exact opposite is much closer to the real truth. Women rule and have ruled for centuries --- from the very moment that Eve presented the apple to that putz Adam ... unto this very day. Men are (and always have been) mere dutiful mechanics: more like slaves than anything else ... servicing the women when needed, then working day and night to make sure that everyone is fed and sheltered ... both the females themselves, and their broods of squalling offspring. And so the species continues.Of course, one novel cannot possibly do justice to this great historic theme. So our humble author (that is, me) has thought best to focus his attention on a single example (the aforesaid art student) ... in order that all of us might gain some insight into how the male is thus tied and bound ... and willingly lead into a life of servitude Author's second note: In this book the author has coined the term "Alpha" to denote the "POWERS" referred to above. They are many and varied. And, for the most part, wielded by the females with uncanny effectiveness. These POWERS include such things as: BEAUTY, CHARM, and SEXUAL APPEAL ... against which forces most men become mere helpless boobs. But, that's life. I'm proud to say that the hero of this book puts up a very tough fight. Indeed, some might even claim that, in the end, he wins But, that is for each reader to judge independently.
