The story in the book follows a college student who woke up in a world that had been destroyed by an unknown event.

It then shows the young man's search for answers, his struggles, and his adventures on his journey through the post-apocalyptic world.

The book is a survival adventure that contains practical knowledge, ideas, and instructions, violence, horror, travel (I suggest using Google, Google Maps, and Google Earth to truly understand the journeys and appreciate the locations as best as possible), fiction, and philosophy.
