Alberto

Alberto, a toy rabbit, arrives one Christmas morning and is immediately loved by his owner, the boy. More than anything else, he wants to become real, but he doesn't know how. This story of love, loss, and magic is newly illustrated and adapted for today's kids. 



Originally published as "Get Real," this second edition is made especially for children who are in between reading picture books and chapter books. The book deals with some dark subjects, such as sickness, grief, and loss, even as it points towards resiliency and the power of love to transform and to overcome.
