Against the Odds

When Coach DD Mendenhall meets his new baseball team for the first time, he's not sure what he's gotten himself into. Out of the thirteen players on the team, only a handful of them have any experience on the baseball field. One league official tells him they might place fourth by the end of the season - if they're lucky. But Coach DD refuses to let the low expectations of others determine how far his scrappy little team will go. Through a little bit of smarts and a lot of hard work, Coach DD and the River Otters surprise themselves - and everyone else - to prove that even underdogs can have perfect seasons.
