This book aims to provide an overview of the works of various scholars in the fields of learning, teaching and education having the point of view of harnessing mass energy' in the concept of Einstein. This entails that the education of masses in twenty first century makes it imperative to place the learning management system in perspective. In addition to this, the learning style of the leaners and the facilitators enhances the value proposition manifold.In this process, archetypal perspective of Jung comes into play in a big way. The teacher-taught relationship is of catalytic value but the education cannot be equated to the technical rationality only apropos Jung, the tool of observation used for learning and teaching notwithstanding. The premise that the intuitive faculties are pivotal in education has been established by Jung in an epoch making way. Learning lessons from failures, blunders and mistakes in an old phenomenon. However, Jung used it in a credible, logical and scientific manner. For the first time, Jung emphasized on the education as a driver of therapies besides putting it at pinnacle where inculcating the value proportion and its interface with ethical behavior which got not the penultimate position.
