A "test run" terrorist attack at one of the largest hospitals in Tanzania, East Africa, is the start of a multinational push to replace the lost oil fields of ISIS in Syria with a new cash crop, diamonds from the de Beers complex in Botswana. ISIS also wants to turn its forces into a nuclear power with atomic bombs built by South Africa and hidden in the Y-Plant at Pelindaba, near Pretoria.
General 'Mac" McKlane's Homeland Security team of Rangers, Raiders, and SEALs must fight the forces of evil within ISIS as well as the destruction of power and expertise in America by a government that does not always value professional advice.
