The story follows Alex, an adventurous eleven-year-old, who encounters two nudist brothers, Andrew and Kyle, while exploring the woods with his dog, Bilbo. Despite their initial differences, they become friends. Alex learns about their nudist lifestyle and experiences their outdoor adventures, including walking barefoot and playing in a stream. Later, Alex visits Andrew and Kyle's house for a movie day, where he worries about their nudism but finds his concerns unfounded. Their parents discuss nudism openly, and Alex realizes he doesn't have to give up his friendship with Andrew and Kyle.
