I have read that unhealthy eating, and the lack of physical activity, is the leading cause of death in the USA. Experts say that unhealthy diets can lead to obesity and heart disease and contribute to over 600,000 deaths per year. Experts tell us about 90% of heart disease is preventable, and even with a family history of heart disease or other diseases lurking in your genes, thanks to incredible advances in medicine it may still be prevented or reversed by having healthy habits. I am in no way claiming my information will prevent disease, but merely passing on good insights that can contribute to being healthy.
