Previously, Mr. Hubbartt was President of Hubbartt & Associates for 25 years, providing human resources consulting services for 300+ firms in the Chicago area and nationally. Hubbartt has authored 8 books related to management issues, numerous articles in national publications, and 5 fiction books and numerous short stories.
