This book covers the theoretical and practical foundations of corporate financial diagnosis, a dynamic analytical tool that facilitates decision-making for all its users. The Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) comprises the following countries : Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Congo D.R., Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo all share the same accounting system. As financial diagnosis is based on accounting information, SYCOHADA, which comes from the word SYSCOA "Système Comptable Ouest Africain" (West African Accounting System) created in 1998, was the obvious choice. Corrected exercises enable readers to grasp the objectives and approach of financial diagnosis of a company in the OHADA region.
