Abusing The Public Trust

In Kansas, sexual offenders are classified as an extreme danger, per the procedures in the KSVPA. This occurs at the end of there prison sentence. At some point, these individuals will be released from under the KSVPA. Reintegration is the first stage in this release procedure. This book details the entire process of reintegration.
