A WOUNDED HEART by Martin Majaji is a short story about karma.
Those experienced and with good judgement never miss an opportunity to tell the young and immature to never forget about karma because it will always catch up with them.
Both men and women are capable of deliberately placing painful memories on each other in the most hurtful way.
Majority of human beings are naturally selfish. They just keep it a secret. What makes it worse is, in addition to being selfish, some of them have superior thinking, are sharp and very mean. They mute and hide this side conveniently to avoid retaliation. But if an opportunity for a matching response disappears, the hidden will come out and will be delivered in a very unforgiving fashion like in A WOUNDED HEART.
