The author--John B. Moullette--was a vocational and industrial educator for more than 40 years, domestically and internationally. In this account of his professional writings and events over more than forty years, he provides a 'paper trail' of ideas, efforts and arguments that were required to maintain, promote, and expand 'work force education and training' in an industrial and professional society. He opines the same efforts are required today to sustain 'work force education and training' in order to develop and expand the talents and innovations of the American society for the future.
