A Striking Truth

t's 1986 in small-town New Zealand. The entire town is stuck in a stalemate between the striking mill workers and its management. With livelihoods, families and identities under siege, all must choose where their loyalties lie. 



As the effects of Rogernomics begin their historic shaking of New Zealand's economic stability, relationships and beliefs are tested. Sisters are estranged, union executives are attacked, past ill-fated love affairs are revealed and others begin.
