A Promise Kept

Lewis Hiroshi, a ten year old Japanese American boy, finds his life turned upside down when he and his family are ordered to go to a Segregation Camp in 1945. While there, he quickly befriends and falls in love with the outgoing daughter of a soldier. All too soon, they find themselves torn away from each other, but not before Lewis makes a promise that he is willing to risk everything to keep. Fifteen years later he wonders, can the woman that he has spent his entire life searching for, love the man that he has become? Can a promise made truly be.....A Promise Kept?
