Zambia is going through a crisis. The economy is going down, prices are out of control and there are protests everywhere. An intelligence officer is caught in a war with international terrorists who are out to make profits out of the crisis. Proceeds of theft of copper theft and precious stones are suspected to being used to finance violence. It is a race against time as the officer goes about bringing the culprits to book.
