A New Christmas Groom

There aren't many options for a young woman in Philadelphia during the late 1800's-especially if she's running away from an abusive family. Eighteen-year-old Aimee Mitcham flees the city for Rough Creek, Minnesota, to meet the man she has agreed to marry. As she waits at the train station to meet her new husband, tragedy strikes. Now left alone and surrounded by strangers, Aimee is grateful to be taken in by handsome rancher Gregory Keegan and his spirited mother Sheila. Aimee is quickly drawn to her benefactor, but because of his past, Gregory is reluctant to open his heart. So Aimee settles into life on the ranch, befriending Sheila, helping out the neighbors, and preparing for what she hopes will be the happiest Christmas she's had in a very long time.
