College grad, Daisy, returns to her cozy hometown of Luster, Washington, with a plan to put her business degree to work. Aunt Chelle wants help running the century-old pawnshop started by their four greats grandpappy, and Daisy is more than happy to oblige.

Everything's going swimmingly until Chelle's antique necklace is stolen. Daisy's determined to catch the thief with the help of her two unruly cats.

But moments after Chelle tells Daisy about the stolen necklace, the cops knock on the pawnshop door.

Chelle is under arrest.

For the murder of her boyfriend.

Daisy's got to figure out the mystery before it's too late. But with the victim's handsome brother in town kicking up a fuss, and with Aunt Chelle as the prime suspect, she's got trouble on her hands.
