Nineteen years earlier, Austin, Texas reporter Maria Posey's best friend vanished without a trace. Struggling to move past what happened, Maria has been haunted by the incident ever since. When her best friend's mother dies, Maria returns to her small, Texas hometown, Rosefield, to finally find out what happened to her best friend.
While digging for the truth, Maria must finally face another nightmare she's been running from since she moved away.
