Katie Nelson testifies against her abusive step-father for driving drunk, which caused the accident that killed her mother. After she testifies against him, she starts receiving threats against her and her little brother, Nicky. Katie takes Nicky and flies to Flat Creek, Missouri to stay with her friend Jessica, where she meets Jessica's brother-in-law, Jordan Kensington. Can Jordan and his family keep Katie and Nicky safe?
