Beskrivelse
The eye-opening saga of a militant family begins with grandparents fighting the black shirt fascists in war-torn Croatia in WWI. Their daughter Jane and her young husband Herb March became fearless organizers in the 1930s & 40s Chicago meatpacking industry, as they built the United Packinghouse Workers of America, a multi-racial, democratic union. Herb and Jane inspired their son Rick March to oppose the Vietnam War and racism throughout the 60s and 70s. As the US is driven toward a new Gilded Age, crushing unions, immigrants and civil rights, the March family fighting the good fight for three generations inspires us to carry on today...and win.
