Dan Coast and Red Baxter return in the twentieth installment of The Tales of Dan Coast Series.

It's only been a few days since Dan and Red returned from Old Forge, New York. Gene and Peg Coast are still in town and staying through the holidays. There're murmurs of a Christmas party, Gene's building a new deck, and Dan is staying away from his house as much as possible. Even if that means morning runs and working a case through the holidays.

During one of those runs, Dan and Maxine are almost mowed down buy a speeding vehicle. Moments later, the sounds of sirens fill the air. Are the two connected? Join Dan, Red, and Skip Stoner as they work to solve the murder of "A Great Guy."
