A GOLDEN PARADOX

Thomas and Chad find great pleasure catching tadpoles and salamanders out at the government protected wetlands surrounding Lillie's Pond. But their solitude is soon disrupted by the appearance of an armed stranger whom they witness extracting bags of gold hidden beneath the water's surface. Determined to uncover his identity and notify the police they follow him but in the process the stranger uncover's Chad's identity with the intent to eliminate all witnesses. In his efforts to protect his friend, Thomas becomes entangled with motorcycle members, bounty hunters, an unscrupulous gold dealer and his henchmen and the complicated setback of being hijacked onto a foreign freighter bound for the Philippines. Though haunted by traumatic events from his past he must remain diligent in order to save Chad and return safely to his family.
