David Robertson moved to China in 2013 on a whim. He saw an online advertisement for an English training school in Suzhou, China and thought, "Why not?" "A Glimpse of China: An Outsider's Inside Look at the Middle Kingdom" is more than a memoir of a foreigner's time and adventures in China. Robertson has used his personal experiences as an English teacher to paint a picture of many aspects of Chinese culture.
