A Freak Among Strangers

By the year 2022 the expanse of North America has become a no-man's land. Broken by war and plague, those who remain must still trade to survive and Detroit is the center of commerce in this lawless world. Far to the south, the growing city-state of Charlotte continues to expand it's grasp, hungry for territory and resources. On a desperate mission to rescue two kidnapped women from a mysterious human trafficking ring, the Ice Cream Man returns in the third installment of A Freak Among Strangers. Joining him is a cast of pirates and bandits, vigilantes and thieves, and the anarchic residents of the Motor City. Secrets and discoveries will be unveiled as the Ice Cream Man fights through the underground of this threatening environment. Most dangerous of all, are the Queens of the Queen City and their expansionist desires. Their sights set on claiming the treasures of Fort Bragg, the psychics Wolfe and Crowe move east with the army of the Carolina Consortium at their command.
