This book tells the story and includes the collection of sketches that were done by award winning, illustrator, Helane Freeman. It started as a personal challenge to draw everyday and became a movement that spread across the country. They were sent out in emails from 2010-2011. They include caricatures of Charlie Sheen, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, George Clooney and more. Helane Freeman, an award-winning illustrator and art director, graduated with honors from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. At the tender age of 14, Helane began selling her paintings, and her work soon adorned the walls of her local bank, a beauty parlor and a real estate office. During her career as an illustrator and art director, Helane has worked on over 100 record album covers, including Frank Sinatra's "Radio Years" and NWA's "Straight Outta Compton," which was named one of the 25 best album covers of all time by Digital Arts Magazine. Helane has earned six RIAA Gold and Platinum Albums, a Hollywood Reporter Key Art Award for ad design for the film "Dumb and Dumber," and numerous other awards and accolades. Helane received the rare honor of having her work proudly displayed in the Smithsonian Institution as part of its Priority Records "The California Raisins" exhibit. Helane has produced packaging artwork for THQ and Mattel's "SmashPack - Sonic Spinball, Ecco the Dolphin and Golden Axe" video games, and currently creates artwork and props for several popular TV shows. Over the past ten years, her work has been featured, and continues to be seen, on TNT's "The Closer," Disney sitcoms "Hannah Montana," "Suite Life of Zack and Cody," "Suite Life on the Deck," "ANT Farm" and "I'm in the Band," and Fox Network's "Anger Management."
