The beautiful and vivacious daughter of a wealthy landowner, Gemma Adamson has no shortage of suitors. Their appeal, however, is limited, and sister Amanda despairs until a chance meeting between Gemma and David Gray, an attractive if 'unsuitable' bachelor.
