This concise manual of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) laboratory procedures offers the fastest practical guide to learning tissue and cell preparation of any kind and to obtain superb quality preps and images. All procedures have been practiced for 10s of years and are fool proof. The manual is substantially compliant with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for site inspection and has been successfully used for this purpose.
