Beskrivelse
Obstructive Sleep Apnea is an important yet potentially serious medical condition that has become increasingly common for the past 50 years. The ever-increasing high prevalence of Obstructive sleep apnea and its substantial role in significant morbidities have greatly intensified the need to identify and correctly manage obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. It is our hope that this book will provide a practical, updated and rapid reference for undergraduates, interns, postgraduates and health professionals who deal with obstructive sleep apnea as a text or as patients on a regular basis in outpatient as well as inpatient settings. This book aims to serve as a first-line reference in a very portable form that can be carried around and used as a quick and easy guide all the while presenting its readers with a clear and concise message on how to best identify, investigate and manage the condition with the best recommended clinical as well as non-clinical approaches.
