A Cold Night in Marseilles

What started out as a simple mission retrieval turned out to be an explosive setup. Cool-headed CIA agent Katherine Tessen has been branded as a bomb detonator and domestic terrorist in both the state of New Jersey in the United States and London in the United Kingdom.
