A Christmas Meditation

Kirkpatrick's 'Cradle Song', A Christmas Meditation was originally written as underscoring for a reading of the Biblical account of the Nativity (Luke 2:1, 3-14). In the tradition of incidental music, this wordless piece may be used in a variety of ways, including as a processional, as a transition between other works, or as background for spoken words and images.
